Shipping

  • We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 8-30 days, however in some cases it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery, this mostly applies to our big products as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. 🙂

  • Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that’s the case, contact us at  contact@greatideashop.com and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!

  • We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to most locations around the world.

  • Mistakes happen ! Send us an email as soon as you can at contact@greatideashop.com and we’ll be happy to assist you ASAP ! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it’s possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless !

  • For World Wide shipping, we have various warehouses around the World. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Woops, sorry about that ! Unfortunately shipping can get a little rough somtimes, but we’ll fix it if you give us the chance ! Send us an email at contact@greatideashop.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we’ll be happy to help you out!

  • Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we’ll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you’ll know!

  • Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn’t work, send us at email at  contact@greatideashop.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we’ll help you out !
